Shipping

• • Orders over Rs 3,000.00 ship free anywhere in Sri Lanka.
• • Orders below that threshold ship at a flat Rs 250.00.
• • Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days island-wide; Colombo-area deliveries usually arrive within 2 working days.
• • You will receive your order number on the confirmation page — keep it to track your order at any time.

Returns & refunds

• • You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
• • To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will confirm the return address and process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item back.
• • Faulty or damaged-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Taxes

We are not tax-registered: no sales tax or VAT is added to any order. Refunds are for the item price (and shipping where stated above) exactly as charged.
