What we collect

• • Order details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery/billing address, collected at checkout to fulfil your order.
• • Checkout & payment records — a technical log of checkout steps and payment-gateway confirmations (order reference, amounts, timestamps, IP address, and the gateway's response — never full card numbers, which only our payment provider handles). Kept to resolve payment disputes and as legally required transaction records; the IP address and browser details are removed from these records automatically after 18 months.
• • Cart contents — tied to an anonymous browser session cookie (no account or login exists on this site). Abandoned carts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• • Reviews — the name and text you choose to publish with a product review.
• • Newsletter — the email address you submit to our newsletter form, stored only after you click the confirmation link we send (double opt-in). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all further mail immediately, and you can ask us to delete the address entirely.
• • Support tickets — the name, email and message you send us via the support form, kept while we handle your request.

What we don't collect

We do not store payment card details (payments are cash on delivery, or handled entirely by an external payment provider), we run no third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we use no cookies beyond the single session cookie the cart needs. We embed no third-party content; the contact page only links out to Google Maps. Our forms use a self-hosted "I am not a robot" check that runs entirely on our own server (no third-party CAPTCHA service): it keeps only a hashed, short-lived count of failed checks per browser, which is discarded within a day.

How order data is used

Order details are used to deliver your order, to answer support requests about it, and are shared with our order-management system and the courier delivering your parcel. We keep order records as required for accounting.

Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (except records we must keep by law). Use the data request form: we confirm the request by email and answer within 30 days, free of charge.
