Payment methods

You choose how to pay on the checkout page. Whatever you pick, the amount is the one shown in your order summary — we never add a payment surcharge.

1. Cash on delivery

• Available on every order delivered within Sri Lanka.
• Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. The amount is printed on the delivery note and matches your confirmation email.
• Please have the exact amount ready; couriers carry limited change.

2. Credit & debit cards

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by PayHere, a PCI-DSS certified Sri Lankan payment gateway.
• You are taken to PayHere’s secure page to enter card details; we never see or store your card number.
• Card payments are available when browsing in LKR, USD, GBP, EUR or AUD. In other display currencies, switch currency in the header or use cash on delivery.
• Your order is confirmed as paid only when PayHere notifies us, usually within seconds.

3. Currencies

Prices can be displayed in several currencies from the switcher in the header (Sri Lanka Rupee by default). Your order is recorded in the currency you had selected at checkout, together with the exchange rate used, and the confirmation email shows both.

4. Coupons

Enter a coupon code in the cart before checkout. The discount is applied to the item subtotal; the free-shipping threshold is then calculated on the discounted amount. One coupon per order.

5. Security

• Checkout runs over HTTPS and every form is protected against cross-site request forgery.
• We store only what we need to fulfil the order: name, address, phone, email and the order lines. See the privacy policy.
• We will never phone or email you asking for card details or a one-time password.
