If you are not happy with something you bought from Atsmore, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No questions asked, no restocking fee.

1. What the guarantee covers

• Any item in our catalogue, whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing or it simply is not what you expected.
• The full item price and the tax charged on it.
• Free courier collection from the delivery address.

2. Conditions

• The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and any free gift.
• It is unused apart from what is needed to inspect it — the same as you could do in a shop.
• Hygiene-sealed goods (earphones, personal care, underwear) must have the seal intact.
• Software, gift cards and made-to-order items are excluded unless faulty.

3. Faulty items

Faults are covered separately and for longer: the manufacturer warranty shown on each product page applies from the delivery date, and we handle the claim for you rather than sending you to the maker.

4. How to claim

1. Open a support ticket with your order number and the item.
2. We confirm the return and book a courier collection.
3. Your refund is issued the day the item passes inspection — see refunds & replacements for how it reaches you.
