Delivery info

Here is what happens after you press “Place order”. Keep your order number (it looks like ORD-XXXXXXXX) — it is all you need to track the order at any time.

1. Order confirmed

You see a confirmation page immediately and receive a confirmation email with the items, delivery address and totals. Check the address carefully: if anything is wrong, open a ticket straight away and we will correct it before dispatch.

2. Picked and packed

Our warehouse team picks the exact items shown on your confirmation. Stock levels on the site are live, so we never confirm an order for goods we do not physically hold.

3. Handed to the courier

We work with island-wide courier partners. Once the parcel is scanned out you receive a dispatch notice and, where the courier supports it, an SMS with the driver’s estimated delivery window.

4. Delivery attempts

• The courier will call the phone number on the order before arriving.
• Two delivery attempts are made on consecutive working days. If both fail, the parcel is held at the nearest depot for 5 days and then returned to us.
• Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the parcel and, for cash on delivery orders, to pay the courier.

5. At the door

• Check the outer carton for damage before signing. You may open the parcel in front of the courier.
• For cash on delivery, pay the exact amount printed on the delivery note — it matches your confirmation page and email.
• If anything is missing or damaged, refuse the parcel or note the problem on the courier’s sheet, then contact us within 48 hours.
