Your data: copy, correct or delete
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act (and the GDPR for EU customers) you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Our privacy policy lists what we collect.
- We confirm it's you first. We email a link to the address you enter. The request only starts once you click it.
- We answer within 30 days, by email, free of charge.
- Deleting removes your name, email, phone and addresses from your orders, and deletes your support tickets and newsletter subscription. Order amounts and items stay as anonymous accounting records, which we must keep by law. Orders still being delivered have to finish first.
