Atsmore is a guest checkout store: there is no password to remember and nothing to sign up for. Everything you would normally do from an account is available from the links below using your order number and email.

1. Orders

Each order has a number like ORD-XXXXXXXX, shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. Enter it together with the email you used at checkout on the Track Order page. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the courier.

2. Personal details

We keep only the details on your orders. To correct a delivery address before dispatch, or to have your data exported or deleted, open a ticket — the privacy policy lists what we hold and for how long.

3. Preferences

• Language and currency are set from the header switchers and remembered for your visit.
• Newsletter: subscribe from the home page (double opt-in). Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Reviews you post appear after moderation, normally within one working day.
