Ordering
Add products to your cart, open the cart and press Checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm — you'll see an order confirmation page with your order number (ORD-XXXXXXXX) right away.
No. Checkout is guest-only: your order number plus the email you used at checkout are all you need to track it later.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not yet been handed to the courier can be changed or cancelled free of charge.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery is a flat $0.83. Orders of $9.93 or more ship free.
We currently deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days depending on your district.
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email address used at checkout — it shows the items, totals and delivery address instantly.
Payment
Cash on delivery (COD). Card payments are coming soon.
Prices can be displayed in any currency from the switcher in the header (Sri Lanka Rupee by default). Orders are confirmed in the currency you had selected at checkout.
No. We are not tax-registered, so no sales tax or VAT is added — the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping where it applies.
Returns & refunds
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5 working days.
